New Combination Control Devices for Fan, Humidity and Lighting
Your contractors will appreciate two new Decora combo sensor switches from Leviton. Check out the new Decora® Combination Humidity Sensor and Fan Control with Light Switch and Decora Combination Occupancy Sensor with Fan Switch. Both of these new combination sensors have a Green Flex Sleeve that connects to a ground or to a neutral when the green sleeve is removed, meeting the wiring needs for newer or older homes. Additional colors are available using the DHDKT faceplate that comes in white, ivory, light almond, gray, black and brown so the color of the sensor can be changed easily and affordably.
Decora Combination Humidity Sensor and Fan Control with Light Switch (DHD05)
Easy to install in new builds or remodels, the Decora® Combination Humidity Sensor and Fan Control Light Switch’s slim profile easily fits into a standard wall box and adds the functionality of two devices to a single gang installation. This programmable, versatile combination switch can be installed with or without a neutral wire and is tough enough to handle ventilation fans up to ¼ HP. The separate light switch manually turns on/off any load that is connected to the combination switch such as a light over a mirror, light in the shower, a towel warmer or a heater. Ideal in areas prone to high humidity and dampness like bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms and home spas. |

Decora Combination Occupancy Sensor with Fan Switch (DOD05)
Perfect for automatic light control, especially when the users’ hands are full upon entering a room and ensures lights turn off automatically. The sensor provides 180° field of view covering up to 900 sq. ft and has an ambient light sensor that will not turn on the light if there is ample day light in the room . Key applications for this sensor are to replace an existing combination switch in a bathroom that controls a light and exhaust fan to automate the lighting and have a countdown timer for the exhaust fan, or for new installations where a combination switch is desired. |
