When it is important to have all of your ordering information at your fingertips, look no further than Leviton’s Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Partner Portal. The B2B Customer Portal gives registered users immediate access to important product information such as pricing, inventory, and availability, as well as your order status, order history, returns and much more.
Comprehensive search features allow users to look for their quotes and Leviton products by product number, keyword, or project name and access all quote details including pricing and line items. Then, they can easily add items from a quote to their shopping cart for purchase or to share with other team members. Additionally, users can download current and future pricelists.
Simple Ordering and Returns
The portal desktop, allows users to see pricing, check available inventory from multiple warehouses in real time, and then place and track their orders.
Reordering and finding invoice history is simple and finding details regarding past orders and the associated information is accessed quickly via the Order History tab. Users can request PDF copies of invoices, current pricing, availability of often ordered items and are also able to request Return Material Authorizations (RMA), right on the portal.
