A Range of Robust Features
Among its many base-level and advanced features, Leviton’s VerifEye BMO enables the creation of virtual meters to easily report on and assess demand for different energy-consuming technologies such as lighting, HVAC, plug loads, and other equipment. The platform equitably allocates and invoices both individual tenant utility costs and common area costs and conveniently exports invoices as PDFs.
Users can create customized summary reports and dashboards for each billing period in visually friendly chart or graphical formats, track the functionality and communicability of all submeter devices on their property, and overlay weather metrics into their reporting and compare it with power consumption data to correlate the effects of outdoor temperature on total electric demand. And the user-friendly VerifEye platform also provides a portal for tenants to individually view their energy usage information online.
